Purchase Follow Up Email

This is the template I created for the premiere of an email sent out to users who purchased product from michaelkors.com. They would receive this email after they have completed their purchase and were loving their new MK product.

 

The email template had to be set-up to work with interchangeable text and images, depending on the item the user purchased, since this was a personalized email. The goal of this email was to show the customer we care and suggest some other items they may also love.
